Are you a scuba diver, freediver or snorkeler and want to start taking photos below the surface? This Perth based workshop will teach you about the equipment and techniques needed to take great photos with any type of camera!
Note: You don’t need to have any previous experience or own an underwater camera to participate. This is the perfect starting point before you invest in equipment.

 

This workshop is classroom based and over the 4 hours Emma will cover:

📸 Basics of photography composition and exposure.
📸 Choosing the right camera for your needs.
📸 Underwater photography equipment and accessories.
📸 Tips, tricks and settings for taking photos below the surface.
📸 Introduction to Adobe Lightroom & post-production editing techniques.
📸 Caring for your underwater equipment.
📸 Resources and next steps for your photography.
Tickets $199 per person and include tea, coffee and light snacks for lunch.

About Instructor Emma

With more than a decade of experience as a scuba diving instructor and an enthusiastic freediver; Emma feels very comfortable under the water and has all the tips and ticks up her sleeve. Emma's photography style is about capturing the moment, she loves wide-angle shots and the occasional abstract macro shot.

When & Where:

Please select from the upcoming workshop dates listed in the drop-down menu above. These workshops are 10am to 2pm and take place at Emmersion HQ in Carlisle 6106. Book online to secure your spot and Emma will be in touch a few days before the workshop with the address and reminder of what to bring with you on the day.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Please note all bookings are subject to minimum booking requirements for events to run. If minimum numbers are not met for the event you will be offered a full refund. Cancellation of bookings up to 5 days prior to the event have a full refund available. Cancellations within 5 days of the event have a strict no refund policy.
